Erst ist lange nichts passiert und nun tut sich jeden Tag was...
Heute haben wir die Garage gekauft!
Nach einem 2 stündigen Gespräch mit der Garagenfirma und erneutem Mustergarage ankucken hatten wir alle Details geklärt. Es wird eine Stahlgarage in der Ausführung als Doppelgarage mit dahinterliegendem Abstellraum. Der Boden der Garage wird gepflastert und wir verklinkern die Garage in Eigenleistung damit sie auch zum Haus passt.
Außerdem bekommen wir bis nächste Wochen die Pläne und Unterlagen die wir für den Bauantrag benötigen, dann kann unser Bauträger gleich alles zusammen beantragen.
Jetzt warten wir auf den 13. August, denn da haben wir den nächsten Termin mit unserem Bauträger in dem wir die letzten Vertagsdetails klären werden und dann kanns hoffentlich bald losgehen.
